Know what to expect.  Our process is as follows:

1. Contact us and we'll come out to your home to prepare a quote
2. Select one of two options for replacing pipe:
   1. Pit & Core - a less invasive approach that preserves landscaping
   2. Open Cut Trenching - we make the replacement quickly, digging through the ground directly to the pipes
3. CKB calls for line locates and pre-cameras the line to check for any irregularities or sags
4. Following the old pipe as a guide, we pull the torpedo through
5. We replace the pipe(s)

When we've completed the replacement, we remove excess material from the site and ensure the entire area is as clean as possible.  Although we do not repair landscaping or concrete work, we take care with your property to keep your costs down.
